Rooted in the teaching
Begin with suffering, its cause, its ending, and a practicable way—not with mystery.
THE SEEKER · ABOUT
Not someone who is already free,
but a seeker walking toward freedom.
I call myself Seeker Sun not because I possess the answer, but because I want to remember that I am still on the way.
My roots are in the early teachings of the Buddha. Outer conditions arise through many causes and are not ruled by personal will alone. Inner suffering grows when a mind that does not see clearly turns change into “me” and “mine,” then demands that life obey.
Conditions shape the moment.
Grasping turns it into suffering.
Conditions can change. Grasping can cease.
This does not place every responsibility inside the individual. Harmful conditions should change; necessary boundaries should be made. Practice adds one honest question before action: am I adding a second layer of suffering through my own grip?
I write about ordinary moments—a conflict, anxious night, silence between two people, or unfinished task. I share what I can see now and leave room for tomorrow to see more deeply.
Begin with suffering, its cause, its ending, and a practicable way—not with mystery.
If practice cannot enter work, relationship, and loss, it has not yet come to ground.
No personal experience is offered as the only answer, and no belief is required before looking.
